General Conference Information

Once again, the BGSA Supply Chain Conference will be hosted at the legendary Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, from January 25-27, 2012. Beginning on Wednesday the conference will include enlightening panels, unparalleled networking, and great evening events. In addition, on Wednesday, participants will have an opportunity to play golf directly on-site at the par-70 Breakers Ocean Course.

How should I go about setting up
One-on-One meetings?

The BGSA team is available to discuss strategic ideas for maximizing the value of your company. What is the Conference attire?

Business casual attire is appropriate for the event.

What are the conference fees and do you offer any discounts?

The standard conference fee for Supply Chain Senior Executives* is $1995 per person.
*For Supply Chain Senior Executives who register before October 14, 2011, the early bird discounted fee is $1495.

Non-Supply Chain Senior Executives may register at the rate of $2995 per person.

The post-conference golf option is $295 per person. (Please indicate handicap on registration for pairings.)

Attendees wishing to register a spouse for the evening events/spouse activity may do so for a supplemental charge of $395. (Please include spouse’s name and e-mail for badge information and activity coordination when registering.)

Golf club rental is $95 per person. (Please indicate if you will need left-handed clubs when registering.)

Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. The Breakers is offering special conference pricing. See Accommodations

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations received by email by November 23, 2011 are fully refundable. Cancellations received between November 23 and December 23, 2011 will receive a 90% credit to be used toward another BGSA conference. Cancellations received after December 23, 2011 are non-refundable. Registrants may substitute a colleague at any time.
