General Conference Information

Once again, BGSA Supply Chain 2010 will be hosted at the legendary Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, from January 20-22, 2010. Beginning on Wednesday evening, the conference will include enlightening panels, unparalleled networking, great evening events, and an exciting awards ceremony devoted to recognizing individuals and companies in the logistics sector who have been influential in shaping the industry in the past year. In addition, on Friday afternoon, participants will have an opportunity to play golf directly on-site at the par-70 Breakers Ocean Course.

How should I go about setting up One-on-One meetings?

What is the Conference attire?

Business casual attire is appropriate for the event.

What are the conference fees and do you offer any discounts?

The standard conference fee for Supply Chain Senior Executives* is $1895 per person.
*For Supply Chain Senior Executives who register before October 1, 2009, the early bird fee is $1295.

Non-Supply Chain Senior Executives may register at the rate of $2495 per person.

The post-conference golf option is $295 per person.
(Please indicate handicap on registration for pairings.)

Attendees wishing to register a spouse for the evening events/spouse activity may do so for a supplemental charge of $395.
(Please include spouse’s name and e-mail for badge information and activity coordination when registering.)

Golf club rental is $95 per person.
(Please indicate if you will need left-handed clubs when registering.)

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations received by email prior to November 21, 2009 are fully refundable. Cancellations received between November 22 and December 21, 2009 will receive a 90% credit to be used toward another BGSA conference. Cancellations received after December 21, 2009 are non-refundable. You may substitute a colleague at any time.
